Which is the esiest way to contact you?

The easiest way to contact us is using the form in contact page or send us an e-mail to info@luxurytuscanytravel.com or by telephone: +39.0577 899094 or by fax: +39.0577 1740023. Our opening time is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm and 3:00 - 6:00 pm Italian time (before 5:00 pm GMT London, or 1:00 pm EST New York)
 

Are the villas and farm houses all independent properties?

Yes, the villas and farm houses you find on our web-site are all independent properties with private swimming-pool.
 

Is it possible to book a house for a short/long term rental?

You can find all information about the letting period in the section “Policy and rates” of each property table. All Properties welcome guests on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday), unless otherwise specified (you can check in every single villa schedule). However, if you need to arrive and depart on different days, you can contact our office and we will do our best to help you satisfy all your needs.
 

What does the price include?

To see the facilities, just click on the villa name and then on “Description”. You will see “Services” where you can find the facilities that are included and not included in the rental price and “Policies and rates” with the extra (taxes, deposit etc…) that are NOT included in the rental price and that you have to pay directly on the spot. In case you need further information about services, please fill-in the form and we will reply to all your questions. All this information will also be specified in the e-mail confirmation that we will send you on booking confirmation.
 

Can I cancel or change my reservation at the villa?

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking as per our “Terms and Conditions”. Please, remem ber to check our cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking.
 

What shall I do to check in and check out?

Once you have completed the booking process you will receive the Luxury Tuscany Travel booking confirmation voucher which contains all the necessary information regarding your booking, the exact address and location of the property you have booked and all the Check-in details. We kindly ask you to print a copy of the voucher and show it at Check-in to the keyholder. Usually you will be able to gain access to the property after 4:00 pm, however you are required to arrange a Check-in time at least 2 - 3 days before your arrival by calling the number written on your voucher or by calling the office on +39 0577 899094 (office hours: mon - fri, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3: pm - 6:00 pm). At Check-in you are kindly required to bring along a copy of your passport, to sign any forms required for the local police and to sign our Check-in form. Check-out is usually by 10.00 am.
 

Are pets allowed?

Not in all properties. Please refer to each property table showed in the “Policies and Rates” section.
 

Which are the extra services that you can provide at the villa?

There is a specific section on our web-site, called “Villas services” showing services on request, like cooking lessons/courses, chef/cook, transfers, babysitter and so on. All these services are provided with an extra cost.
 

Where are the extra costs indicated?

There is a specific paragraph called “Services not included in the rental price” that means for all services stated there, you have to pay directly to the villa owner. Please check each property table showed in the “Services” and “Policies and Rates” sections.
 

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?

Please refer to each property's page and check the section “Services”. Most properties include final cleaning, when this is not included it is stated in "Services not included in the rental price" section. Extra cleaning is an extra to be paid on the spot.
 

Is heating included in the price?

Concerning the heating, usually it is NOT included in the rental price. The owner reads the gas meter once you arrive at the property and again at the moment of check-out. Then you have to pay directly on the spot for the total amount of gas consumed.
 

Is linen included in the price?

Yes, all the properties provide bed and kitchen linen and towels. In case of two (or more) weeks rentals, a complete change of bed linen and towels will be provided on Saturday. Concerning pool-towels, please check the section “Services” of each property table.
 

Is any food included in the price?

No, the first shop is not included in the rental price and must be confirmed in advance. Upon arrival we can provide our guests with some basic foods such as, pasta, mineral water, milk, etc.
