DESCRIPTION
This original Tuscan farm has been completely restored, both inside and out, using special architectonic solutions which have kept the ancient structure intact, including the coats of arms of the central tower, and which, at the same, have provided the villa with all the most modern amenities.
A particularly inviting feature of the villa is the sparkling blue swimming pool. Attractive large and well-positioned, it is surrounded by lounge chairs shaded by umbrellas. In this spot one can also enjoy a candle-lit dinner, in the midst of the greenery and flowers, while taking in the sunset and being serenaded by humming cicadas..
Modern bright and well-illuminated, the comfortable kitchen is equipped with all the most modern accessories which make the preparation of savory meals both simple and satisfying. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the breakfast room, separated from it by a large arch. The center of the dining room hosts a formidable table accompanied by high-backed damasked chairs. In this elegant atmosphere, perfect for even the most important occasions, antique-framed mirrors create games of light originating from the large candelabras emitting a soft romantic glow.
The living area is decorated with flowers, comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, arches, a white wooden-beamed ceiling and terracotta floors covered with rugs. Next to it is a billiard hall, bright with natural light streaming through the glass door providing access to the outdoors.
The bedrooms all receive plenty of natural light and are furnished with wooden beds. Here dawn will find you well-rested and full of desire to enjoy your vacation. Wrought-iron lighting fixtures further illuminate the bedrooms, their adjoining bathrooms complete with bathtub, shower stall and towel-robes. All the floors and rooms are decorated in a simple and elegant fashion, with carefully chosen pieces that speak of a timeless Tuscan tradition.

Ground Floor:
Large kitchen with breakfast area, fully equipped with oven, microwave, two dishwashers, large fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fruit juicer, all tableware and cooking equipment. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with additional fridge/freezer and some storage space and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Sun room opening onto the swimming pool area: furnished with comfortable armchairs, pool table, flat screen satellite TV and DVD. Dining room seating 12 people, large drawing room with open fireplace, flat screen satellite TV and DVD, ipod and Bose music system, computer with internet access and comfortable sofas and armchairs.
Upstairs
Firts Floor:
Three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (all with bath and walk in shower); one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath only); stairs to Tower (split level) with Master bedroom accessed via the large bathroom with large bath and double walk-in shower.

Small sitting area with sofa, TV and DVD set, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, storage room with washing machine, bathroom (shower only).
First Floor:
One double bedroom and one single bedroom, bathroom (shower only). All bedrooms throughout have own TVs.
